This public contract is both a market and a framework agreement.
The "market" part includes a firm tranche and an optional tranche.
The purpose of the firm tranche is to provide the predictable benefits defined below, which contribute to the management and operation of the public drinking water service, which remains under the full control of CAL:
- the operation, maintenance and upkeep of drinking water production and storage facilities in the communes of Cons-la-Granville, Cosnes-et-Romain, Lexy, Saulnes and Villers-la-Montagne.
- the operation, maintenance and maintenance of their distribution networks, including pipelines, connections, meters, and metering of subscriber meters;
- updating plans and inventories;
- the response to DT - DICTs;
- the maintenance and evolution of the GTC allowing 24-hour supervision of installations equipped with teletransmitters;
- the implementation of a penalty payment.
