The contest concerns the hire and laundry of flat textiles and work clothes.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured services for approx. NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT per annum during the last 4 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

The estimated value is between NOK 12 million - 15 million excluding VAT. The estimate is non binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 15 million excluding VAT.

Sub-tenders/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR section 19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement. There is small possibility of achieving a lower total price by dividing the contract into lots. The contracting authority has limited capacity to follow up and coordinate the work related to several suppliers for this service. There are also environmental considerations (several carriers) that deems it favourable to divide the assignment. The contracting authority has therefore chosen to divide the procurement into sub-contracts:

Framework agreement

The procurement will be governed by the enclosed framework agreement, standard contract terms (2020 LØG Standard contract term with table of contents) and partnering agreement.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one (1) supplier.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
