General description of services: the contract covers the operation and maintenance of the technical installations of the buildings on the following perimeter: the Rueil-Malmaison site, which comprises 35 buildings and an overall surface area of approximately 85,000 m 2.

The site consists of two separate entities:

— IFP Energies New: IFPEN owns buildings grouped into two poles.

IFPEN's buildings are home to semi-industrial activities: motor benches and research laboratories.

As well as tertiary activities: offices, amphitheatres, corporate restaurant, parking in the basement.

The 23 buildings of the IFPEN entity represent a total area of approximately 54,000 m 2:

— COFIP entity: COFIP is a legal entity, and constitutes IFPEN's real estate subsidiary and owner of buildings.

The buildings are home to teaching and tertiary activities.

Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, smoke removal, building technical management, exhaust gas extraction chimneys, compressed air, specific laboratory equipment, plumbing, cold rooms and kitchen hoods.
