The alleged amount of the service is EUR 1 645 000.00 (of which EUR 210 000.00 for labour costs), plus EUR 2 000.00 for non-downward security charges, for a total amount of EUR 1 647 000,00 for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months.

In case of exercise by CAFC SpA of the option to renew the contract for a further 24 (twenty-four) months, the total amount of the contract, including the renewal option, shall be equal EUR 3 294 000,00 of which EUR 4 000,00 for security charges not subject to downside.
