Gas Maintenance and Servicing for domestic and communal heating systems. It should be noted that WHA has included communal servicing and maintenance as an optional non-core workstream at this time. This may or may not be included in the ITT. It is also proposed that gas servicing and maintenance will be subject to a separate procurement for a single contract for all of Wandle’s stock. This will incorporate the following: •3-star service to provide annual gas servicing/ issue of LGSR and reactive maintenance for breakdowns in heating and hot water supply (under a fixed cost per property) •Replacement of boilers (both planned and reactive) •Replacement of whole heating systems •Servicing of communal boilers •Servicing and repair of other heating systems, including air-source, ground-source, biomass etc.
