Execution of comprehensive construction works along with the supply of materials and equipment, the result of which is the implementation of the investment task under the name: "Expansion and adaptation of the buildings of the Wiktor Dega Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital in Poznań", along with the necessary technical infrastructure and equipment and obtaining the final decision on the use of all the facilities created as a result of the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as training of people in the field of operation of equipment being the subject of Deliveries.

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of comprehensive construction works together with the supply of materials and equipment, the result of which is the implementation of the investment task under the name: "Expansion and adaptation of the buildings of the Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Clinical Hospital named after Wiktor Dega in Poznań", together with the necessary technical infrastructure and equipment and obtaining the final decision on the permit to use all the facilities created as a result of the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as training of persons in the use of equipment being the subject of Deliveries.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and in the auxiliary in the bill of quantities, the Medical Technology Statement and the quantitative statement, which are an integral part of the Specification.

3. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with Polish Standards, with the currently applicable provisions of law, including the provisions of the Construction Law, health and safety and fire protection regulations, standards, knowledge and construction art. The subject of the contract should be made only from new materials approved for marketing and use in construction in the Polish and the European Union. Materials must have technical approvals and the necessary certificates, attestations, etc.

4. Construction works will be carried out at the monument entered in the register of monuments.

5. The construction site is located on the premises of the functioning Hospital, therefore the Contractor is obliged to perform construction works in a way that guarantees the possibility of current operation of the Hospital. The conditional, temporary interruptions in the supply of individual utilities required by technology for the part of the Hospital that is not the subject of the investment should be limited to the necessary minimum, after prior agreement with the Ordering Party.
