The project includes the development of the Park of Climats of Burgundy with 120 parking spaces and the purchase of plants. This contract is made by the municipality of Beaune, the contracting authority and contractor of this operation. This contract is a work contract under appropriate procedure pursuant to Articles L. 1111-1, L. 1111-2 and L. 2123-1, and Articles R. 2123-1-1º and R. 2123-5 of the Public Order Code. The contract is concluded for a period of 18 months from the issuance of the first order of work start-up service. It is planned among other things: 6,700 m 2 of roads in stabilized with side sail 1,500 m 2 of surface limestone 1,700 m 2 of covered surface 3 100 m 2 of drainage paving surface, the supply and planting of 420 trees, the supply only of 165 trees.
