1.The subject of this contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas - group E covering the sale and distribution of gas to the facilities of the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa

2.The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts. Each part includes a particular measuring system (point of consumption). The parts are defined as follows:

Part I – comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas – group E for the PPG consumption point 8018590365500000002627 for the facility at 62/64 Sabinowska Street

Part II - comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas - group E for the PPG consumption point 8018590365500030975274 for the facility at 1c Artyleryjska Street

3. Two contracts will be concluded for the above-mentioned subject of the contract, for each of the parts separately.

4. The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the concluded contract, the submitted offer and the WZ.

1. The maximum amount of natural gas that will be supplied over a period of 12 months is: For part I - 5.080.036.00 kWh with a conversion factor of 10.972 [kWh/m3], which gives approx. 463.000.00 m3

2. The minimum amount of gas to be supplied during the term of the contracts is:For Part I – 2,500,000 kWh for the PPG consumption point 8018590365500000002627

3. The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.1. to the SWZ.

4. The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the concluded contract, the submitted offer and the WZ. The sale of natural gas will be carried out on the terms set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and in the executive acts issued on its basis, generally applicable legal regulations

1. The maximum amount of natural gas to be supplied over a period of 12 months is: For part II- 219.440.00 kWh with a conversion factor of 10.972 [kWh/m3], which gives approx. 20.000.00 m3

2.The minimum amount of gas to be supplied during the term of the contracts is: For Part II- 100,000 kWh for the PPG 8018590365500030975274

3. The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.2. to the SWZ.

4. The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the concluded contract, the submitted offer and the WZ.
