The target of the procurement is the management of public transport within the city of Raseborg in accordance with a traffic agreement based on gross compensation during the contract period 15.8.2023 - 1.6.2025, excluding the school summer holidays from June to mid-August. The contract may be extended with a one (1) year option. For this gross compensation service, the carrier implements a ticketing and payment system. The operator must also approve the ticket products of the Waltti ticketing system.

A gross contract refers to a public transport service agreement referred to in the Service Agreement Decree and the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts in Special Sectors, in which the subscriber has the ticket revenue risk.

The contract is in the form of a gross contract in which all the box office income belongs to the subscriber.
