The assignment comprises two recruitment processes with the employment of a Customer Centre Manager and a Travel Concept Manager. Both managers will have their main place of work at Entur's premises in Lillehammer.
The assignment includes a recruitment process that will result in Entur signing a work contract with two managers. The recruitment must, as a minimum, cover preparing the requirements specification, search, advertisements, selection, testing, as well as checking references and backgrounds.
The advertisements include designing the adverts in line with Entur's design manual, media planning, and publication in editorial and social media.
Entur needs recruitment assistance for some recruitment processes. As a rule, Entur carries out the recruitment processes without assistance. In some recruitment processes, assistance is obtained due to, i.a. capacity considerations and / or the desire to recruit expertise. It is assumed that most recruitment assignments will be in Oslo and Lillehammer.
