The frameworks established will cover the following planned maintenance works to housing properties:

Installation of new kitchens and bathrooms

Installation of new windows and doors

Roof replacements

Gas central heating and gas boiler replacements

Electrical testing and rewires

Works to the external fabric of properties for Asset Management investment and planned works in housing (of whatever tenure) and community buildings and facilities, commercial and retail buildings, educational buildings and other related assets and environmental and neighbourhood improvements to all related structures.
