The city of Plaisir and the CCAS of Plaisir have various establishments open to the public (ERP) on their territory and organise numerous events throughout the year. In this context, they wish to outsource surveillance, security and reception services.

In addition, this consultation constitutes the relaunch of contract No. 23ms005, which was declared no further action by the Mayor's Decision No. 2023-235 dated July 27, 2023, due to the reason of public interest consisting of the integration of the CCAS of Plaisir by order group. As part of this relaunch, the need for the CCAS was added and the procurement procedure was modified accordingly
