The object of the procurement is cleaning machines delivered in accordance with the terms of TOP Finnterms 2001 to the delivery sites of the Subscribers in the South Karelia region. The aim of the procurement is to obtain machines suitable for professional use, affordable, of high quality and delivered with good reliability and service.

The acquisition is divided into subdivisions as follows:

1.) Vacuum cleaners and pressure flushers

2.) Washing machines and dryers for washing cleaning textiles

3.) Yhdistelmäkoneet

4.) Robot vacuums

The goal for the agreement period is to start on 1.3.2023 and end on 31.10.2023. The contract period begins at the earliest when the procurement decision has become final. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the possibility to extend the contract for three one-year (12-month) option periods (1+1+1) if it so wishes.

For subdivisions 1, 2 and 4, one contract supplier will be selected for the framework agreement and for sub-area 3, three contract suppliers will be selected. The tenderer may submit a tender for one or more elements. Sub-offers within subdivisions will not be accepted.

The number of cleaning machines to be procured indicated in the invitation to tender is the Subscribers' estimate of the need for the year. The customers do not commit to the estimated number of machines to be procured in the invitation to tender, but the machines are procured as needed and within the limits of the appropriations.

Cleaning machines must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and decrees, and regulations issued by the authorities, for example, in terms of structure, equipment, occupational and fire safety, and electrical safety.

When purchasing a new cleaning machine, the Supplier shall receive the old used machine upon request and recycle it in an appropriate manner free of charge.
