The subject of the contract is mediation in the successive delivery to the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences of chemical reagents in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party.

1. The subject of the contract is mediation in the successive delivery to the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences of chemical reagents in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party.

a. Delivery will take place successively, in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party.

b. When selling chemical reagents, the Contractor is obliged to use the prices available in the sales catalogs of reagent manufacturers and add commissions to them. The commission can only be calculated on the list price of the product. It cannot be calculated on customs duty, transport costs, etc.

c. The commission may not exceed 3% of the list price of the product.
