The municipality of Penzing is planning to build a new kindergarten and club house in the Epfenhausen district.

There is a completed preliminary design plan with cost estimates, which was approved in March 2019 and used by the funding authorities to apply for funding Cornerstones.

In the preliminary design, the building is designed as a two-storey building without a basement, with two group rooms on the ground floor and two group rooms and the club house on the upper floor.

The gross floor area of the kindergarten is 780 m 2nd that of the clubhouse 791 m 2nd

A gross budget of approx. EUR 3,850 million is earmarked for the new building as a KGR 200-700 total budget. The building is expected to go into operation in August 2022.
