The subject of this contract is the supply of heat energy to the facilities of the Ursynów Sports and Recreation Center in Warsaw in the years 2024 - 2025.

1. The subject of this contract is the supply of heat energy to the facilities of the Ursynów Centre for Leisure and Recreation in Warsaw in the years 2024 - 2025.

2. Recipients of the contract – UCSiR facilities:

a) Arena Ursynów sports and entertainment hall (L-4464), 122 Pileckiego Street, 02-781 Warsaw;

b) ZOS Moczydło swimming pool (L-693), 3 Pod Strzechą Street, 02-798 Warsaw;

c) ZOS Hawaiian Sports Hall (L-4223), 48 Dereniowa Street, 02-776 Warsaw;

d) ZOS Hirszfelda swimming pool (L-2457), 11 Hirszfelda Street, 02-776 Warsaw;

e) ZOS Koncertowa swimming pool (L-837), 4 Koncertowa Street, 02-784 Warsaw.

3. Lead time: 24 months.

4. Planned thermal energy consumption in 2024-2025: 31,400 GJ (15,700 GJ for each year).

5. Ordered thermal capacity: 1,828 MW.

6. Other Technical Conditions:

1) The Contracting Authority's facilities are supplied from heat substations,

2) The heat substation is the property of the Ordering Party,

3) The metering and billing system measuring the total heat supplied to the substation is owned by Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A.,

4) Location of the metering and billing system: a mock-up of the heat substation,

5) Heat will be supplied via a heat carrier - hot water, with the help of a heating network (heat substation),

6) The heat will be used for:

(a) heating needs (buildings and pitches);

b) the need for hot water,

c) process heat needs (e.g. mechanical ventilation),

d) other needs (heating of swimming pool water).
