The Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics organizes a submission for the award of the general planning services (project planning, tendering and realization) for the complete renovation of the administration building of the Federal Customs Administration at Monbijoustraße 40 in Bern.

The administrative building, which was constructed from 1947 to 1951, is classified as a "construction of national significance" and is listed as worthy of protection in the inventory of the preservation of monuments of the city and the canton of Bern.

The client attaches great importance to a careful handling of this monument. We are therefore looking for a competent general planning team consisting of the architecture (lead management), electrical planning, HVAC systems and MSRL building automation departments, which has a high level of expertise in refurbishing buildings worthy of protection.
