The tender competition concerns winter maintenance services for Kjøllefjord, Dyfjord, Lebesby, Friarfjord and Kunes, from and including autumn 2020. The contract period is four seasons that stretch from the 1st of November until the 30th of April each season. A contract will be awarded to one tenderer in each of the five areas.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be approx. NOK 3 million excluding VAT per year for all of the lots. The volume is an estimate based on previous volumes and is non binding for the contracting authority.

If finances, etc. are not approved after the competition is finished or if the contracting authority considers carrying out winter maintenance with internal resources, the municipality has the right to cancel the assignment. There will not be compensation for expenses incurred as a result of this.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or more lots. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for an individual lot.

Geographic division of lots:

Lot 1: Kjøllefjord

Lot 2: Dyfjord

Lot 3: Lebesby

Lot 4: Friarfjord

Lot 5: Kunes.

The lots are further described in the attached list of lots and maps of lots.

The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms.

The contract period is from and including 1 November 2020 until and including 30 April 2024.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one (1) tenderer for each lot. If the same tenderer is awarded several lots, one contract will be signed for the relevant lots.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
