Training content ("content") must be provided for e-learning and short videos that convey to the learner the learning objectives such as understanding, knowledge and awareness of information security. Trends in the current threat situation and attack attacks in information security / security awareness must be taken into account and communicated. The training content is to be made available to all employees in accordance with the current cyber threat situation in the Sana Group.

The required service contents are derived from the bill of quantities. In the price sheet, the training content must be offered as a company license for the provision and use of the content for the following training packages:

• Schulungspaket 1: Einführungsschulung Security Awareness („Pflichtschulung“)

• Training Package 2: Topic-related training ("Cyber Threat Attacks")

• Training package 3: Group-related training ("user group-specific")

The target group is all employees and professional groups, e.g. administrative, cleaning, nursing, IT, building services personnel, doctors, etc.) of Sana Kliniken AG.

The training content serves to sensitize the employees involved in the eCampus in the use of information technology to promote information and cyber security.

The training content must be maintained with the state of the art and kept up to date with the development of the cyber threat situation.

Sana Kliniken AG operates an existing e-learning management system ("eCampus LMS") of the company Defacto Software BV, Zuiderpark 3, 9724 AD Groningen), in which the contractor's training content is integrated by users of the departments of Sana Kliniken AG ("administrators").
