The subject of this order is the construction of the Integrated Information System (ZSI) and maintenance and development services and migration services currently in operation IT systems.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in Annex 5 to the Specification of the Order Terms (hereinafter SWZ) and PPU, which is Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The subject of this order is the construction of the Integrated Information System (ZSI) and maintenance and development services and migration services currently in operation IT systems.

The subject of the order shall consist of the following services:

1) ZSI system construction and development services and ZSI base architecture systems

2) Construction of ZSI Prototype

3) ZSI system integration services with other systems.

4) Migration services consisting in transferring the functionality of the ZSI Ordering Authority's base architecture systems to the ZSI system, transferring data collected and processed in ZSI base architecture systems to the ZSI system, and on the planning and execution of the withdrawal from Operation of ZSI Base Architecture Systems of the Ordering Party

5) Maintenance services to ensure the maintenance of current functionality of the ZSI system

6) Support Line I services of providing 2 specialists and technical support lines for ZSI Ordering Authority base architecture systems and ZSI system

7) Services of the Ordering Employee Instructor

8) Consulting services

9) Documentation services.

Construction of the ZSI system will take place by an incremental method, through a series of intermediate architectures, until the ZSI target architecture is reached. The Contractor will provide services in ZSI base architecture systems and through the construction of the new ZSI system.

The scope of the contract includes:

- Construction of the ZSI Prototype

- Maintenance services (without services and support lines), development and migration - 42,700 man-hours

- Provide services and support lines for a maximum of 24 months.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 5 to SWZ and in the PPU, which is Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Order completion date:

The Contracting Authority shall require the order to be executed within 36 months from the date of the signing of the contract.

The construction date of the ZSI Prototype will comply with the Contractor's offer, with the proviso that it may not be less than 40 working days, nor longer than 300 working days from the date of signing with the Contractor.

Support Line I services will be carried out within 24 months starting from the first day of the first month following the date of signing of the ZSI Prototype Reception Prototype Prototype with positive result.
