The subject of the Order is:

Purchase of furniture for furnishing kitchenettes and mattresses for the Niechcic Student House of the University of Opole, divided into 2 parts

The full description of the order is contained in the annexes to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract in part No. 1 is: Delivery and assembly of kitchen furniture for equipping annexes in the Niechcic Student House.

2. The description of the subject of the order states: for Part No 1: Annex 1.1. to SWZ.

3. The subject of the contract is the delivery and submission of the subject of the contract with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract / contract (Annex No. 1.1. to the SWZ). within the time limit indicated in the SWZ.

4. Deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract: up to sixty [ 60 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

5. The deadline for the completion of the subject of the contract indicated in point 4 is the maximum deadline. The Contractor may indicate a shorter deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract, but not shorter than up to thirty [30] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract

6. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting entity with a guarantee for the devices being the subject of the contract.

The Contractor shall indicate in the tender form the warranty period for the subject of the contract.

The contractor is obliged to indicate in the tender the guarantee period for the subject of the contract specified in the "number of months"; not less than twenty-four [24] months and not more than forty-eight [48] months.

1. The subject of the contract in lot no. 2 is: Purchase of mattresses for the needs of equipping the Niechcic Student House.

2. Description of the subject of the order states: for Part No 2: Annex No 1.2. to SWZ.

3. The subject of the contract is the delivery and submission of the subject of the contract with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract / contract (Annex No. 1.2. to the SWZ). within the time limit indicated in the SWZ.

4. Deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract: up to sixty [ 60 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

5. The deadline for the completion of the subject of the contract indicated in point 4 is the maximum deadline. The Contractor may indicate a shorter deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract, but not shorter than up to thirty [30] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract
