The object of the order is the services of a team of IT professionals as part of the construction and subsequent maintenance of the individual functionality used in the construction of the Prototype System for the conduct of trial examinations and diagnostic tests in the framework of the project “Development of a prototype system for conducting trial exams/diagnostic tests on-line for the preparation of the student for the exam”. Within the framework of the above services, the Contracting Authority may contract services of a development and maintenance nature. The service will be carried out as part of the project “Development of a prototype system for conducting trial examinations/on-line diagnostic tests for the preparation of the student for the examination” co-financed by the European Social Fund, as part of the Knowledge Operational Programme Education Development, Priority Axis II, Action 2.10 “High quality education system”.

1 The services of a team of IT professionals under the basic procurement will consist of, among others:

1.1. to perform development work on the Construction of the System Prototype by developing the functionalities described in the System's business requirements, including:

1.1.1 - user management

1.1.2 — Creating Test Questions

1.1.3 - Creating Examination Sheets

1.1.4 — import and management of entities, examiners, teachers, passing

1.1.5 — integration with KSDO using data rail

1.1.6 — test and diagnostic tests

1.1.7 — evaluation of works and recalculation of results

1.1.8 — Publishing results

1.1.9 — reporting

1.2. the design, programming, testing and implementation of the Prototype System functionality resulting from the current legal status and application for funding of the project “Development of a prototype system for conducting trial examinations/diagnostic tests on-line in the field of preparation of the student for the exam”. Designing, programming, testing and implementing the functionality of the Prototype related to the improvement of ergonomics and performance of its work.

1.3 to perform the Services in the field of administration generated under the contract with the functionality of administering the following resources:

a) Microsoft Team Foundation Server Management System:

b) Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)

c) Database Clusters (e.g., MsSQL, MySQL, Redis, Elastic)

d) Services: IIS, HAPPROXY, DFS, DNS

e) Virtualization Platforms: VMWARE

f) A backup system.

1.4 to carry out all technical activities within the framework of the service provided, in particular:

(a) solving problems related to the availability of developed functionalities reported by the Ordering Party,

(b) configuration repairs to the developed functionalities,

(c) Maintenance and Update of Functionalities Developed,

(d) installation of elements of developed functionality using good practices,

e) the configuration of the work of all elements developed functionality as a whole,

(f) safety prevention,

g) preserving the work continuity of the developed functionalities.

1.5. In addition, the Contractor shall be obliged to:

1.5.1 Create technical documentation for implemented changes to the created functionality;

1.5.2 Create test reports;

1.5.3 Responsibility for the development quality of the functionalities produced;

1.5.4 Ensure the compatibility of the developed solution architecture with the overall architecture of KSDO.
