The object of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of a computer tomograph along with adaptive works in the Ordering Authority's Computer Tomography Studio.

The object of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a computed tomograph that allows the acquisition of 16 non-overlapping layers together with adaptive work in the Computer Tomography Studio of Zumpr. A detailed list of technical parameters and warranty conditions is set out in Annex 3 to SWZ. The detailed scope of adaptive and preparatory work of the Computer Tomography Studio includes Annex 10 to SWZ. Detailed rules for the execution of the subject of the contract are defined by the model contract — part 4 of the SWZ. The subject of the contract shall be factory new, unused, complete and unreconditioned, authorised for marketing and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the generally applicable law and free from any physical or legal defects. The contract item offered must comply with the requirements laid down in the provisions of the Act of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices (Journal of Laws 2020, item 186) and have the CE mark. It is recommended that prior to the preparation and submission of the offer, the Contractor make a local vision in the premises of computed tomography. Local vision was provided on working days (i.e. Monday to Friday), between 8.00 and 14.30. Interested Contractors are asked to submit an application to make a local vision to: dur@spzozparczew.pl.
