The subject of the contract is the successive supply of dairy products - for the canteen (part A) and for the buffet (part B), the parts are not separate tasks.
The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of the contract as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
The contractor will bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of the offer.
Dairy products supplied should be products produced in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety (OJ L ...). UE.L. 2002.31.1, as amended).
