Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is seeking a provider of Telecoms Expense Management (TEM) services to deliver demand and price savings across the UK public sector's telecommunications estate. The resulting agreement will be a contract between CCS and the successful supplier, which only CCS will be able to order from, on behalf of other UK public sector bodies.
