“Planning — Distribution” includes technical advice and assistance in hydraulic and thermal conditions at the district heating distribution facility — e.g. :

• Updating master models (Provider uses hydraulic calculation programs, currently 'Termis')

• Building/conversion of master models (Provider uses hydraulic calculation programs, currently 'Termis')

• Heating basis update (future heat demand)

• Sizing new wiring lines (renovations)

• Sizing new wiring nets/new pieces

• Outlay of new exchanger plants

• Outlay of new pumping plants

• Major hydraulic analyses

“Planning — transmission” includes technical advice and assistance in hydraulic and thermal conditions at the district heat transmission plant — e.g. :

• Stationary flow ratios

o Capacity Ratio Analysis

o Sizing of new wiring lines

o Outlay of new exchanger plants

o Outlay of new pumping plants

o Outlay of new production facilities

• Dynamic and transient conditions

o Dynamic analysis of temperature conditions

o Pressure shock analyses

“Heat planning” includes technical advice and assistance in heating basis updating, for example, for updating hydraulic models.
