1. The subject of the contract covered by this proceeding is the task entitled: Servicing the Paid Parking Zone in the City of Bochnia.
2. The subject of the contract is to organize, implement and operate paid unguarded car parks in the city of Bochnia, in the Paid Parking Zone (SPP) established by the Bochnia City Council and in areas that are not public roads, with a total estimated number of parking spaces of 600.

2. The order will be implemented on the basis of the Resolutions of the Bochnia City Council:
1) Resolution No. XLII/410/22 of the Bochnia City Council of 31 March 2022 on the introduction of a paid parking zone, setting fees for parking motor vehicles on public roads in the paid parking zone, introducing a subscription fee for certain road users and the method of collecting these fees;
2) Resolution No. XLIII/435/22 of the Bochnia City Council of 28 April 2022 on the amendment of the resolution on the introduction of a paid parking zone, setting fees for parking motor vehicles on public roads in the paid parking zone, introducing a subscription fee for certain road users and the method of collecting these fees;
3) Resolution No. XXXI/255/17 of 23 February 2017 on determining the rules of use
from unguarded car parks located in areas which are not public roads
(as amended);
4) Resolution No. XLII/411/22 of the Bochnia City Council of 31 March 2022 on the amount of prices for parking vehicles in unguarded car parks located in areas that are not public roads.;
5) Resolution No. XLIII/436/22 of the Bochnia City Council of 28 April 2022 on the amendment of the resolution regarding the amount of prices for parking vehicles in unguarded car parks located in areas that are not public roads.
3. The area of the Paid Parking Zone, days and hours of paid parking and the rates of fees are specified in the above-mentioned Resolutions.
