Purpose of the tender: the client wishes to conclude a framework agreement with 1 student transport contractor for the municipality of Zeewolde. This contract is put out to tender in its entirety, there is no parcel formation. The contract is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the most economically advantageous tender (best quality / price ratio). The agreement has an initial duration of two (2) years, with the possibility of an extension of 2 times one (1) year. The client expects the new framework agreement to take effect on 1.8.2020, with an option for unilateral extension by the client of 2 times one (1) year.

The agreement is concluded for the implementation (services) of student transport for students (this concerns the so-called adapted transport) who live in the municipality of Zeewolde.

Currently the total transport concerns around 100 students. The number of pupils, the origins (residential addresses and collection addresses) and destinations (schools and possibly internship places, extracurricular reception locations and educational centers) can change before the start and also during the contract period.
