The objective of this Procurement is to conclude a Service Agreement with one (1) Mendix Certified Support Partner for the benefit of:

1) strategic advice on the current application landscape of the NZa in relation to the effective and efficient application and deployment of Mendix technology; and

2) running ITIL based application management and maintenance of the existing nZa Mendix applications, and

3) in a scrum & agile way (through) development of new functionality or new applications of the nZa Mendix platform; and

4) Providing advice on setting up an internal NZa Mendix Development Team and supporting training of the NZa internal developers.
