This consultation is not subject to public procurement legislation, it concerns the agreement on participation in the supplementary social protection of employees of the Azur Syndicate for health risk. It is launched in application of the decree 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011

the Azur Syndicate is carrying out this consultation with a view to offering agents additional social protection in the form of a participation agreement covering the “health” risk. The purpose of the agreement is to guarantee medical expenses in addition to the benefits paid by the compulsory general health insurance scheme to which the staff member is affiliated.

The participation agreement is subject to the specific provisions of Decree No. 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011
