The subject of the contract is a service consisting in: 1) collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal and segregated waste from residential properties located in the Municipality of Żagań with urban status and their transport to a municipal installation or to a waste recovery and disposal installation, in accordance with the hierarchy of ways of dealing with waste referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, 2) providing and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Municipality of Żagań with municipal status, 3) management in a waste recovery or disposal installation with codes: 20 01 35* , 20 01 36 Waste electrical and electronic equipment, 20 01 34 Batteries and accumulators other than those listed in 20 01 31, 20 01 21 Fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury, 20 01 31* , 20 01 32 Expired medicines and chemicals, 20 01 28, 15 01 10* Paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders and resins.

The subject of the agreement is to be implemented in compliance with the schedule and manner specified in: − Resolution No. XX/80/2020 of the Żagań City Council of 29.12.2020 on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Żagań Commune with urban status; − Resolution No. XXV/66/2016 of the Żagań City Council of 14.07.2016 on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by property owners for municipal waste management; − Resolution No. XXVI/81/2020 of the Żagań City Council of 29 December 2020 amending Resolution No. XIX/17/2016 of the Żagań City Council regarding the adoption of the Regulations of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Żagań. 3.5.
