Acquisition, delivery and installation of a dilution cryostat for quantum circuit manipulation experiments on behalf of the ENS Physics Laboratory (LPENS) UMR CNRS 8023
The dilution cryostat must meet the following specifications:
- Cryostat without liquid helium bath.
- Base temperature less than or equal to 30mK
- Guaranteed cooling capacity greater than or equal to 100 μW at 100mK.
- 1-axis magnetic field coil for 2 Tesla field. (See optional EAP)
- Maximum space footprint: 2.4m(L) x 1.5m(W) x 2.8m(H). The minimum possible space requirement is required.
- Cabling with semi-rigid coaxial lines: 3 SMA lines, 1 Nb/Ti line to the mixing chamber. Cryogenic amplifier on the Nb/Ti line (at least wiring and mounting part for a cryogenic amplifier).
- Low-frequency wiring: 48 DC lines to the mixing chamber.
The tenderer may propose a refurbished device that has been used for the demonstration insofar as it meets the technical criteria mentioned above. All warranties and insurances remain the same.
Optional Alternative Benefit (EAP):
A 3-axis magnetic field coil (Bz, Bx, By) = (2, 0.5, 0.5) Tesla instead of a 1-axis magnetic field coil for a field of 2 Tesla.
Special requirements and laboratory constraints:
The dimensions of the space dedicated to the installation of the cryostat and the valve panel are as follows: length 2.40 meters, width: 1.50 meters, height 2.80 meters
