The subject of the contract is delivery to the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Łódź. enzyme-immunofluorescence (ELFA) immunodiagnostic analyser. The scope of delivery includes:

1) transport and bringing the subject of the contract to the laboratory located on the first floor, in building A,

2) installation of the device in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, commissioning, testing and demonstrating the full efficiency of the device, commissioning and demonstration of full efficiency of the device,

3) one-day training of 5 clock hours in the use of hardware and software for laboratory employees.
