New construction for the volunteer fire brigade Olching on a previously unbuilt property.

The city of Olching intends to build a fire station for Olching volunteer fire brigade on a previously undeveloped property on the outskirts of the village in proximity to other public facilities. The plot is about 5 450 m 2 and is almost flat.

A feasibility study is available for the measure, and 2 entrances and exits from the property are predetermined. In the feasibility study, the placement of the building on the property is suggested so that the necessary exit and shunting areas are proven.

The proposal provides for a main building in which the vehicle hall, which extends over 2 full floors due to its usable height and houses the workshop and social tract. An elevator will be required.

The vehicle hall with 12 parking spaces, washing and workshop hall is about 17 m deep in the present feasibility study in order to be able to place vehicles one after the other. In places where this is not the case, it was planned to use the greater depth to design a flexible storage zone (high shelves). The mechanical ventilation system should be limited to the necessary rooms.

The building is to be designed as efficiency building 55 (BEG NWG).

The roof has to be planned in such a way that a PV system can be installed if necessary. An attractive design of the building is desired. The object planner is free in its preliminary planning and design planning; the representations of the feasibility study were only used to check the suitability of the property.

On the basis of LPH 2 HOAI § 34, a development plan is drawn up by third parties. An early participation of users in the planning is to be made.

The service must be provided in such a way that subsidies can be recruited. According to LPH 3 HOAI § 34, a binding ceiling of costs is set.
