Active protection of peatlands and Carpathian tocia in the special area of conservation of Beskid Żywiecki PLH240006
1. Title of the contract: "Active protection of peatlands and Carpathian tocia in the special area of conservation of Beskid Żywiecki habitats PLH240006". 1.1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the active protection of objects of protection: transitional bogs and bogs (mostly with vegetation from Scheuchzerio-Caricetea (Natura 2000 code: 7140), mountain and lowland alkaline peat bogs of the nature of muds, sedges and mosses (Natura 2000 code: 7230) and Tozzia carpatica (Natura 2000 code: 4116) in the scope of mowing and removal of trees and shrubs together with an assessment of the conservation status of the above-mentioned objects of protection, indication on the graphic annexes of the location of protective measures and assessment of the impact of the treatment on these objects of protection. 1.2. The scope of the Contractor's work will include in particular: - obtaining consents for conducting activities from owners/co-owners, managers and owners/co-owners of real estate on which patches of natural habitats are located: • transitional bogs and bogs (mostly with vegetation from Scheuchzerio-Caricetea (Natura 2000 code: 7140), • mountain and lowland alkaline peat bogs of the nature of mud, sedges and mosses (Natura 2000 code: 7230) and Morga's site for species: - Tozzia carpatica (Natura 2000 code: 4116), where the activities will be carried out, - determination of the conservation status of individual patches of peat bog vegetation and Carpathian tocja. 1.3. Right of option The contracting authority reserves the right of option consisting in the possibility of reducing the area planned for the implementation of activities in the field of active protection and nature development to 0.78 ha from 15 ha covered by the subject of the contract. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract are set out in the "Draft provisions of the contract" (PPU) constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority shall not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities during the performance of the contract on the basis of an employment contract.
