The small telecommunications equipment market has the following scope:
- the supply, distribution and after-sales service of new or upgraded telecommunication equipment with a guarantee,
- repair, standard exchange and the purchase of reconditioned telephone equipment as well as the takeover (purchase) of EDF Group's telecommunication equipment,
- the supply and maintenance of refurbished fax machines.
The expected service is to provide the procuring entity with the following activities:
- supply and delivery of new small telecommunications equipment,
- supply and delivery of refurbished and guaranteed small telecommunications equipment,
- guarantee service (via a tool of the candidate),
- after-sales service (via a tool of the candidate),
- consulting and technology watch on small telecommunication equipment,
- communication on the equipment referenced by the contracting entity (including software upgrades),
- repair services on estimate (according to the equipment referenced by the contracting entity),
- reconditioning services of equipment on quotation (according to the equipment referenced by the contracting entity),
- help with the configuration of the distributed materials,
- provision, at the request of the contracting entity, of a technical assistance procedure (eg configuration assistance note during a software upgrade),
- study and consulting during a project mode deployment linked to a purchase of equipment,
- repair or standard exchange of referenced equipment,
- purchase by the holder of small telecommunications equipment.
This service covers the following sets of equipment:

- subset 4 = IP Phones (Internet Protocol),

- subassembly 7 = Cables, cords, connectors,
- subset 8 = Audio conferencing systems,
