The purpose of this consultation is to provide IT assistance and advice. The services are broken down into 8 separate lots:
- lot 1 - need, feasibility, opportunity,
- lot 2 - realization and MCO,
- lot 3 - purchases and supplies,
- lot 4 - portfolio monitoring, change management, IS process and advice,
- lot 5 - IS Real Estate advice,
- lot 6 - Si Finance advice,
- lot 7 - technical architecture and technical audit,
- lot 8 - application architecture, urbanization and IS audit.
Lot 1 - need, feasibility, opportunity composed of the following OUs: capture of needs, feasibility study, technical opportunity study, IS opportunity study and transferability. The Uo are described in the CCTP.
Lot 2 - realization and Maintenance in operational conditions, composed of the following Uo: realization and implementation, Data Science realization, realization of a recipe, Maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) and transferability. The Uo are described in the CCTP.
Lot 3 - purchases and supplies made up of the following OUs: IT purchases and transferability. The Uo are described in the CCTP.
Lot 4 - portfolio monitoring, change management, IS process and advice, comprising the following OUs: monitoring of project portfolios, change management assistance, business process management (BPM) advice, cross-functional IS advice and transferability. The Uo are described in the CCTP.
Lot 5 - SI Immobilier advice, comprising the following OUs: SI Immobilier advice and transferability. The Uo are described in the CCTP.
Lot 6 - SI Finance advice, consisting of the following OUs: SI Finance advice and transferability. The Uo are described in the CCTP.
Lot 7 - technical architecture and technical audit, consisting of the following OUs: study of technical architecture, technical audit and transferability. The Uo are described in the CCTP.
Lot 8 - application architecture, urbanization and IS audit, composed of the following Uo: SI architecture study, urbanization study, IS audit, transferability. The Uo are described in the CCTP.
