That is, if some children are not to be transported during holidays, Assens Municipality will cancel the children no later than 5 working days before the drive takes place. The individual children are all referred to the scheme by Assens Municipality. The total number of children to be transported amounts to approximately 153 per year, with a maximum of 200 children. This is merely an estimate which is not binding on the contracting entity. After the end of the call for tenders, one framework agreement is concluded with one tenderer, for a period of 2 years with the possibility of extension for up to 2 x 12 months. During this period, the contracting entity undertakes to purchase the services covered by the invitation to tender from the successful tenderer under the conditions described in the tender documents.
