Scope of services of this tender are the structural work.

They include:

- securing the construction site by setting up a fence,

- earthworks for foundation components and drainage pipes - underground pipes,

- The installation of the garage complex as a warehouse,

- concrete work and masonry work,

- sealing work,

- Setting a noise barrier.

Structural work:

- approx. 430 m fence / protective fence including provision and gates,

- about 730 m 3 Earthworks for the production of foundations, floor slabs, excavation of trenches,

- Approx. 280 m underground pipe, sewer / pipe from solid wall sewage pipes and fittings made of polypropylene (PP-MD according to DIN EN 14758-1,

- about 370 m 3 Reinforced concrete C35 / 45 for the production of foundations and floor slabs,

- about 18 m 3 Reinforced concrete C25 / 30 for the manufacture of walls, ring beams, lintels and columns, including formwork and reinforcement,

- about 800 m 2 Masonry made of aerated concrete blocks, thickness 24 cm, making openings in the masonry and covering,

- about 310 m ring anchor made of aerated concrete U-shell,

- about 300 m 2 Sandstone masonry, thickness 17.5 cm, making and covering openings in masonry,

- about 140 m 2 Sealing of external wall surfaces against soil moisture and non-accumulating seepage water, DIN 18195-4, made of plastic-modified bitumen thick coating (PMBC) DIN EN 15814, substrate preparation, dimpled sheet,

- approx. 40 core drill holes in reinforced concrete and masonry, vertical and horizontal, different diameters, up to 200 mm,

- approx. 8 units prefabricated garages made of precast reinforced concrete elements, length approx. 6 m, width approx. 3 m, complete with roof sealing, drainage, electrically operated gates,

- about 290 m 2 Noise protection wall made of highly absorbent noise protection wall elements made of pressure-impregnated pine wood, steel post as steel profile, eg HEA hot-dip galvanized, including concrete base and foundation.
