The purpose of the contract is to carry out the project management mission relating to phase 2.2 of the Grand'Mare tunnel security operation, located on the national road 28, in the department of Seine- Maritime. This phase involves the creation of 7 new emergency exits (bypass between tubes), the renewal of ventilation, lighting and power supply.
The purpose of the contract is to carry out the project management mission relating to phase 2.2 of the Grand'Mare tunnel security operation, located on the national road 28, in the department of Seine- Maritime. This phase involves the creation of 7 new emergency exits (bypass between tubes), the renewal of ventilation, lighting and power supply.
The mission includes:
- Pro project studies,
- Project management assistance for the awarding of works contracts Act,
- the project compliance review and endorsement of the execution studies completed by the Visa Contractor,
- the Directorate for the execution of works contracts DET,
- Scheduling, management and coordination of OPC works,
- the project management assistance during reception operations and during the AOR perfect completion guarantee,
- Complementary mission 1 or MC1 including, on the one hand, the appropriation of the security clearance operation, the existing documents and the preliminary draft APROA structural repair project of phase 2.2 drafted by the CETU tunnel studies center and, secondly, the definition of the reference state of the tunnel and its equipment on the basis of the aforementioned APROA and its eventual update following the realization of the Pro,
- Complementary mission 2 or MC2 comprising, on the one hand, the completion of the initial detailed inspection after the end of the security clearance operation and, on the other hand, the constitution of a project file according to the recommendations of Fascicle 2 of the Technical Instruction for the Supervision and Maintenance of Structures 2010.
The contract will include a firm tranche and an optional tranche.
The optional tranche will concern exclusively the realization of the OPC mission.
The essential tasks that will have to be carried out directly by the holder are the missions of PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR and the complementary mission MC1.
