Description:
Maintenance of HVAC and RWA installations in Amsterdam metro stations

GVB has been commissioned by the municipality of Amsterdam to manage all HVAC and RWA installations at underground and above-ground metro stations in Amsterdam. GVB wishes to outsource the maintenance in two lots, with one lot for each lot, initially until 31.12.2024, with two options for an extension of two years each.

Lot 1: maintenance of HVAC & SHE installations metro stations NoordZuidLijn + RingLijn

Lot 1 concerns 2,150 HVAC and 201 RWA installations.

Lot 2: maintenance of HVAC & RWA installations of metro stations OostLijn

It concerns 1182 HVAC and 365 RWA installations.
