The contract consists of a provision of services: Maintenance of the common areas of all the buildings in the Logivesdre heritage.

This contract is a service contract within the meaning of article 2, 21º, of the law of 17.6.2016 on public contracts.

This contract is a global contract for a period of four years, starting on the date of the written notification by Logivesdre of the contract award.

The nature of the services of this service contract includes in particular:

- cleaning of the commons;

- cleaning of technical rooms;

- cleaning of windows and frames;

- cleaning of building plots;

- cleaning of offices, warehouses, workshops and changing rooms.

In addition to these recurring services, a first intervention is to be carried out on each site. This service aims to put all surfaces in a state of cleanliness in accordance with the requirements of these special specifications, excluding glass surfaces.

Location (s) of services: in Spa, Theux, Pepinster, Verviers, Dison, Herve.
