The subject of the contract is the maintenance and servicing of ventilation and air conditioning equipment in the facilities of the WPUT in Szczecin. detailed and exhaustive information in the indicated scope is provided by the Terms of Reference. Whenever the following term is used in the announcement, it should be understood as follows: 1) the Public Procurement Law – the Polish Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law, 2) the Terms of Reference – the procurement document referred to in Articles 133 and 134 of the Public Procurement Law and its annexes, including the Model Agreement, prepared for the present procedure (and the open tender procedure); 3) Model Agreement – the proposed provisions of the agreement on this contract, the content of which is included in Appendix No. 9A: Model Agreement Task No. 1; Appendix No. 9B: Model Agreement Task No. 2.; Appendix No. 9C: Model Agreement Task No. 3.

Piastów 45 in Szczecin. A detailed list of equipment subject to services as above and a detailed scope of services to be performed under Task No. 1 and the conditions for their performance are specified in the Terms of Reference, including its Appendix No. 2A of the Terms of Use and Appendix No. 9A of the Terms of Use

The subject of the contract in part no. 2 (Task no. 2) are maintenance and servicing services as well as replacement of filters in devices installed in the building of the Regional Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer at Jagiellońska 20-21 in Szczecin.
