1. The subject of the contract includes the performance of services related to the maintenance of green areas, squares, parks and green lines in the city of Knurów, divided into 4 Regions. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of provision of services is described in the annexes to the model contract for individual regions, constituting annexes to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to read the SWZ and its annexes and execute the contract on the terms and conditions described therein.

The subject of the contract includes the performance of services related to the maintenance of green areas, squares, parks and green lines in the city of Knurów - District 1 with an area of 8.52 ha - housing estates: WP II and "Cztery Pory Roku", including: a) Greenery at Ziętka Street and at Szpitalna Street; b) Greenery at Wiosenna and Przedwiośnia streets; c) Greenery at Zimowa Street and 26 Stycznia Street (internal road); d) Grass surfaces for mowing – 4 times: • plot No. 3537/6; • plot No. 3537/7; e) Mowing areas – 2-fold; • plot No. 3537/202; f) Greenery at Al. Lipowa Street, Kapelanów Wojskowy, MSP No. 7 and MSP No. 9; g) Greenery along the pedestrian route of Al. Platanowa; h) Passage connecting Witosa Street with the pedestrian route of Witosa Street; i) Green belt along 1 Maja Street (from Lipowa Avenue to Kosmonautów Street); j) Greenery between 1 Maja Street - Marynarzy Street; k) A string of greenery between 26 Stycznia Street – Marynarzy Street; 2. The scope of services includes, among others: 1) mowing of green areas, 2) spring and autumn raking of leaves, 3) care of deciduous shrubs and hedges, 4) care of coniferous trees and shrubs, 5) care of deciduous trees, 6) cleaning of areas from pollution, 7) cleaning of the surface of pedestrian and bicycle routes, sidewalks, squares and other paved surfaces in the area covered by the contract, 8) repair and painting of benches. 3. Wielkiego Street and S. Batorego Street (in front of the clinic and along the streets); k) Greenery between the buildings of 8-10 S. Batorego Street; l) Greenery between S. Batorego Street and Kosmonautów Street; m) Greenery in front of the building of 2 and 4 Kazimierza Wielkiego Street; n) Greenery on the Redyna axis; o) Greenery in Szpitalna Street – Floriana Street (along the hospital fence and Floriana Street); p) The area near the pumping station of Wilsona Street and 15 Wilsona Street; q) The area between Szpitalna and Wilsona streets. 2. The scope of services includes, among others: 1) mowing of green areas, 2) spring and autumn raking of leaves, 3) care of deciduous shrubs and hedges, 4) care of coniferous trees and shrubs, 5) care of deciduous trees, 6) cleaning of areas from pollution, 7) cleaning of the surface of pedestrian and bicycle routes, sidewalks, squares and other paved surfaces in the area covered by the contract, 8) repair and painting of benches. 3.
