NRA shall construct a biogas plant for the treatment of sewage sludge at Krogstad in Lillestrøm municipality. V1 is an execution contract. V1 comprises ventilation installations, water supply, circulation system for heating installations, and pressurised air installations. The scheduled start of work for V1 is autumn 2023. The contract shall be concluded at the turn of the year 2024/2025.
