1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste in 2024 generated and collected from property owners residing in the Town and Municipality of Sanniki. 2. The Contractor is obliged to:
(a) the receipt of municipal waste from owners of domiciled property,
(b) the receipt of municipal waste from punk selective waste collection,
(c) the provision of a service of delivery and collection of a container intended for construction and demolition waste resulting from repairs.
d) one-time collection of bulky waste and waste electrical equipment from the front of the property in the month indicated by the ordering party.
3. . A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference - Description of the subject matter of the Contract.
The subject of this public procurement is the collection and management of municipal waste in 2024 from property owners residing in the Town and Municipality of Sanniki

2. The Contractor shall be obliged to:
