In 2018, Troyes Champagne Métropole launched a collective composting experiment on 4 sites in Troyes and its agglomeration. Building on its success, the operation has continued and now has 21 collective composting sites. Other sites are and will be being rolled out.
In order to support the ramp-up of this system, Troyes Champagne Métropole wishes to entrust a social integration structure with the monitoring and deployment of collective composting sites.
this contract is reserved in accordance with Article L2113-13, of the Public Order Code, to integration structures through economic activity mentioned in Article L5132-4 of the Labour Code when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disadvantaged workers, pursuant to Article R2113-7 of the Public Order Code
Collective composting sites requiring weekly monitoringThis contract shall be dealt with at mixed prices. It will be treated at a global and fixed price for the part relating to the monitoring and maintenance of collective composters already in place and detailed in Article 4.1 of the CCTP and at unit prices for the installation, monitoring and maintenance of new collective composting sites.

Maintenance and monitoring of collective composting sites requiring weekly monitoring of sites already in place. (refer to the annexes of the CCTP).
Services processed at unit prices
for the installation, monitoring and maintenance of new collective composting sites.
Maximum annual amount is 210,000 euro (excl. VAT).

It will be treated at a global and fixed price for the part relating to the monitoring and maintenance of collective composters already in place and detailed in Article 4.1 of the CCTP and at unit prices for the installation, monitoring and maintenance of new collective composting sites.
