The object of this contract is the construction of three buildings and a car park hereinafter referred to as “entities” including two apartment buildings with underground parking for the fund (blocks A and B) and one building (block C) comprising a residential center for adults with mental disabilities and four intergenerational housing units for La Clairière on the pre-described site.
