The awarding entity will apply the procedure specified in art. 24aa section 1 of the PPL Act.

In accordance with art. 24 paragraph 11 Public Procurement Law, the contractor, within 3 days of posting on the website information about the amount it intends to spend on financing the contract, companies and addresses of contractors who submitted offers on time, price, deadline for the contract, warranty period and payment terms contained in the offers, provides the contracting authority with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the PPL. Together with the submission of the declaration, the contractor may provide evidence that the links with another contractor do not lead to a distortion of competition in the procurement procedure. Specimen declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the PPL constitutes Annex 6 to the ToR. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 points 6 and 7 of the PPL Act.
