PHASE 1: Publication of the call for tenders for restricted procedure on GUCE, GURI, 2 national newspapers and 2 local circulation newspapers, as well as on our online portal and on our institutional website;
STEP 2 : Practical product yield tests:
Following PHASE 1 for the admitted companies, we will proceed with the execution of the technical tests of product yield for the companies that have submitted an application for participation in the tender.
The formula for calculating the best yield is as follows: Coeff=(Kg (poly))/(mc (sludge))*(%SSin)/(%SSout)+(SST (mg⁄l))/1,000
The calculation of the coefficient is used to correct the price at the stage of bidding by electronic auction, takes into account the performance of yield (dry matter at the output compared to the incoming one), the specific consumption of
product compared to the quantity of sludge and the quality of the water coming out of the centrifuge.
STEP 3: sending non-binding economic offers. At the end of the technical tests, participants will be sent to produce an economic offer, NOT BINDING, through our online platform:
We will proceed with the analysis of the administrative documentation, and for the admitted companies the economic offer will be evaluated.
The best admissible and valid bid that will be submitted will be used as the basis for the next session of the electronic auction (IV and last stage of the procedure).
STEP 4: ELECTRONIC AUCTION
Taking into account the above, we will proceed with the last phase relating to the electronic auction. At the end, the Competitor who has achieved the lowest score will be awarded the supply.
It will be given by the best price offered (during the electronic auction) multiplied by the coefficient relating to the results of the tests previously performed at our purification plant.

EXPECTED CONSUMPTION ON AN ANNUAL BASIS: 168,000 Kg/year (projection of 238,000 kg until 31/12/2024);
ESTIMATED ANNUAL COST: € 495,000.00/year (projection of € 702,100.00 until 31/12/2024);
